Our ANSC Peer Mentors are current ANSC upperclassmen who are available to help students with creating their course plans, questions on requirements, course recommendations, and making the most of the college experience.
Spring 2023 office hours will be in ANS 1408 (small conference room by Dr. Blacks office on the 1st floor). You can drop in on Monday 1-2pm and Tuesday 11am-12pm. If these times do not work for you or you would like to email the peer mentors, you can reach out by emailing umdanscpeermentor@umd.edu. Please note this is a new email from previous semesters.
Students are strongly encouraged to visit with our Peer Mentor when working on their course plans. Students who cannot make the ANSC Peer Mentor hours can alternately visit the College of AGNR Peer Mentors.
