123 people from Maryland and surrounding states attended the Mid Atlantic Small Flock Expo, held February 10, 2018 at the Carroll County Ag Center in Westminster, Maryland. Extension faculty and Maryland Department of Agriculture staff provided 15 educational sessions covering everything from how to get started with a new flock, disease and health management, and
marketing of eggs and meat. Event sponsors included The Mill, Mid Atlantic Farm Credit, Bowman's Feed and Pet, and AHPharma.
